Converts a roman numeral to an ordinal century, so 'XIX' ⟶ '19th century'.

Parameters
[edit]|1= – a roman numeral between I and XXV
|short= – if present, emits 'c.' instead of the word 'century'. Alias: 'abbr'.

Technical
[edit]A planned expansion will permit roman numeral ranges with hyphens in param 1 , e.g., XV-XVII.
